1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the pk99 platform (available at pk99.im), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and pk99 (the "Platform" or "we"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the pk99 platform in any capacity.

These Terms should be read together with the pk99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference. By using pk99, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted all three documents.

2. Eligibility

To register and use pk99, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pk99 is strictly an adult platform. Minors are not permitted to register or place bets under any circumstances.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order with pk99 or any affiliated platform.
• You must satisfy yourself that using pk99 does not contravene any law applicable to you in your specific location within Pakistan or wherever else you may be accessing the platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and at any point during identity verification.

pk99 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts suspected of being registered by minors will be suspended immediately pending investigation, and any balance held in such accounts will be returned after deduction of any bonuses received.

3. Account Registration & KYC

Each individual may register one account only on pk99. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a breach of these Terms and may result in all accounts being permanently closed with balances forfeited.

During registration, you must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, a valid Pakistani phone number (supporting JazzCash or Easypaisa where applicable), and date of birth. You must also create a secure password. pk99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication after registration.

Know Your Customer (KYC): Before processing any withdrawal, and at any time pk99 deems appropriate, you may be required to submit identity documentation including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or valid passport, proof of address, and proof of any payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold. pk99 is not liable for delays caused by failure to complete KYC promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk99 login credentials. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be treated as your own action. You must notify pk99 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

pk99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the pk99 cashier section. These limits may be revised without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your pk99 balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. pk99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. If a deposit does not reflect within a reasonable period, you must contact support with proof of transaction.

Withdrawals are processed to verified payment methods only. pk99 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit method used. Withdrawal processing times vary by method but pk99 endeavours to process requests promptly. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld pending KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance review.

pk99 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment processor may apply their own charges, for which pk99 bears no responsibility.

5. Betting & Casino Rules

All sports betting activity on pk99 — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, and other markets — is subject to the specific rules applicable to each market, which are displayed within the betting interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and market-specific rules, the market-specific rules shall prevail in relation to the bet in question.

pk99 reserves the right to void any bet or casino wager placed as a result of a technical error, including incorrect odds display, software malfunction, or data feed failure. Settlements will be made based on the correct odds or outcome as determined by pk99 after investigation.

All casino games offered on pk99 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or operate with real physical equipment under live dealer conditions. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages and house edge information are available within each game's information panel. Past results do not predict or guarantee future outcomes.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all betting and casino products and are displayed within the relevant section. pk99 may impose individual betting limits on any user account at its discretion.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by pk99 are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and game-type restrictions. These specific terms are communicated at the time the promotion is offered and form part of these Terms by reference.

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. Only cash winnings derived from the successful completion of applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. pk99 reserves the right to cancel or amend any promotion at any time, including where there is evidence of abuse, exploit, or other fraudulent activity in connection with the promotion.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing contradictory bets to exploit bonus funds, or any other strategy designed to extract guaranteed value from a promotion — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pk99 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account per individual.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the pk99 platform without written authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider information-based betting, including in PSL, international cricket, or any other market offered on pk99.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game, including but not limited to poker, baccarat, or blackjack.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors in odds, or any other technical vulnerabilities.
• Using pk99 for any unlawful purpose including money laundering or financing of any illegal activity.
• Accessing pk99 from a jurisdiction where online betting is expressly prohibited and where you have confirmed awareness of that prohibition.

pk99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these prohibitions, to void all bets and casino activity associated with such an account, and to withhold or recover any funds derived from prohibited conduct.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk99 platform — including logos, design elements, text, software, graphics, game interfaces, and data — is owned by or licensed to pk99 and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any pk99 content without prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of pk99 intellectual property will result in immediate account closure and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

pk99 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and accuracy of data, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk99's aggregate liability to any user arising from or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any bet or game placed on it, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk99 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from use of the platform, even if pk99 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

10. Privacy

pk99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy on this site. By registering a pk99 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to your personal data.

11. Responsible Gaming

pk99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Pakistani players. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools available directly from the account settings panel after pk99 login, including deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

12. Amendments to Terms

pk99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via email to registered users or via a notice displayed on the platform. Your continued use of pk99 following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pk99 is licensed and operates. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the pk99 platform that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support team will be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant jurisdiction. You waive the right to participate in any class action or class arbitration against pk99.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under consumer protection legislation applicable in your jurisdiction.
